Zero Goalkeeper Exchange Policy
At Zero Goalkeeper, we stand behind our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your gear. Because our sales are final, we offer an easy exchange process if the item you ordered doesn't fit correctly or you need a different product.
Please note: We do not offer cash refunds or credit card refunds. All sales are final. We happily provide exchanges for different sizes/products or store credit.
Eligibility Window
You have 30 days from the original date of delivery to initiate an exchange or receive store credit. Items returned after this 30-day window cannot be processed.
Condition of Items
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Unused and Unworn: The product must be in its original condition. Items showing signs of wear, dirt, use (including signs of use on the palms of gloves), or washing will not be accepted.
- Original Packaging: The item must be returned in the original packaging, including all tags and labels attached.
- Clean and Odor-Free: Items must be free of pet hair, strong odors (like smoke or cologne), and any other blemishes.
How to Initiate an Exchange
- Contact Us: To begin the exchange process, please contact our customer service team at [email protected]. Please provide your original order number and specify which item you wish to exchange and the new size/product you need.
- Receive Instructions: We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Ship the Item: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
- Processing: Once your return is received and inspected for compliance with our policy, we will process the exchange or issue store credit within [3-5] business days. We will cover the standard shipping cost to send the new item back to you.
What You Can Exchange For
- Different Size/Color of the Same Item: Exchange your item for an identical product in a different size or color.
- Different Product: Exchange your item for another product of equal value.
- Store Credit: If you're unsure what you want instead, we can issue you store credit equal to the purchase price of the returned item, which you can use for a future purchase on our Site.
Exclusions
The following items are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for exchange or store credit:
- Items marked as "On Sale" or "Final Sale."
- Contact latex gloves with protective palm plastic removed (including damage to the latex upon removing the plastic)
- Products returned after 30 days since purchase
- Gloves with wear or deterioration that is deemed fair use - latex is a natural material that can and will experience wear from the very first use, the level of wear will vary per keeper depending on their age, technique, playing surface and much more.
- Gloves with wear or deterioration caused by not preparing and caring for them in line with the glove care instructions on the packaging
- Personalized or customized items (e.g., gloves with name personalization).
