At Zero Goalkeeper, we work hard to get your gear to you as quickly as possible so you're always ready for training and match day.


Processing Time


All orders are processed within 1 business day after your purchase is completed.


Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.


Shipping Method


We ship all orders via USPS Ground Advantage.


Estimated Delivery Time

  • Processing Time: 1 Business Day
  • Transit Time: 3–5 Business Days
  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 4–6 Business Days


Please note that delivery estimates are provided by USPS and may vary due to weather conditions, holidays, or carrier delays.


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking


Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after the package has been scanned by USPS.


Shipping Address Accuracy


Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Zero Goalkeeper is not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.


Lost or Delayed Packages


If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact us at shop.zerogoalkeeper@gmail.com, and we will assist you in working with USPS to locate your shipment.


Damaged Orders


If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the packaging and product. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
